Crimson Fire and EVG awarded San Diego Fire Department tractor drawn aerial contract

The City of San Diego Fire Department awarded the multi-year contract to build a tractor drawn aerial to Crimson Fire.
Crimson Fire and EVG are excited for the opportunity to work with SDFD and look forward to working closely with them through out the construction process. SDFD awarded the bid to Crimson due to the state of the art design offering a new level of performance and safety.
The unit should be completed early 2006. EVG and Crimson Fire would like to welcome all departments the opportunity to "piggyback" off of this bid. Piggybacking is a great way to get the vehicle you want and save the department and city time and money that would be spent on the bid process.
