EVG Adds Jeff Lloyd as Director of Customer Service to Oversee Service and Parts Operations.

Emergency Vehicle Group, Inc. has added Jeff Lloyd as Director of Customer Service, a newly created position.
Jeff has recently served as a consultant working with Nissan and Toyota dealerships to improve operations, efficiencies and CSI scores. Jeff has held the positions of Service Director for both Toyota and Nissan dealerships and has also owned and operated motorcycle dealerships and service facilities.
Jeff will be responsible for service and parts operations, scheduling, warranty authorization and also the implementation of of EVG's new Service Management Software.
